Adhesion release is a surgical intervention designed to eliminate adhesions, which are essentially scar tissues binding two organs together. Types of Adhesion Release:

1. Laparoscopy:

   – The surgeon creates multiple small incisions around the adhesion site.

   – A laparoscope, equipped with a camera, is inserted through one of the incisions.

   – Using visual guidance from the camera, the surgeon identifies and confirms the location of adhesions.

   – Special tools are then inserted through the remaining incisions to cut and release the scarred tissue.

2. Laparotomy (Celiotomy):

   – In this procedure, a larger incision is made to gain direct access to the abdominal cavity.
